In this workshop Felix will discuss important tools to emotionally connect and mirror your customers by exploring the 16 personality types, and creating a personalized sales plan that will utilize your strengths. We must learn to emotionally connect with each one of our clients in order to personally meet their needs, and create a customer for life.

About the Presenter:
Felix L. Santana Jr. is the top sales and leasing consultant for Gary Rome KIA of Enfield, Connecticut and a graduate of Ashford University, where he received a BA in Journalism & Mass Media with a minor in marketing. He has been in the automotive business for over 12 years, and has trained many of his employees to become top sales persons. Felix strongly believes in connecting with his clients and providing them with tailored service to meet their individual needs. Felix volunteers with the Holyoke Chamber of Commerce and serves on the ambassador’s committee. One of the current projects he is working is called “Drawn to Understand”, which allows students from Holyoke to express their vision of what the city was, is, and will be through art.
